We at Enströms Carpentry are a family-owned company now in its sixth generation. We are driving the business into the future by upgrading both our machinery and focusing on sustainability. Today, we are six employees looking for a quality-conscious team member.

We are now looking for a special carpenter at Enströms in central Tibro!

The Role

As a special carpenter, you will be responsible for your own projects. You will be involved from the drawing stage to the finished product for both small and large projects. On-site assembly at the customer's location may be required. You will participate in the daily coordination with your colleagues to provide the information the team needs to plan their daily tasks.

Your tasks will include, among others:

· Light planing

· Machine processing

· Ensuring all parts are ready for surface treatment

· Assembling in production with high quality

· Supporting daily operations planning by prioritizing orders and documentation

· Assisting in establishing and maintaining routines and processes within the area of responsibility

· Helping with problem-solving in operations

· Participating in ongoing improvement work in the workshop

Our Candidate

To thrive in this role, we see that you are structured, enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and have a knack for collaborating at all levels. You have extensive experience in special carpentry. Furthermore, we expect you to have:

· Post-secondary education in furniture and special carpentry

· At least five years of experience in furniture and special carpentry

· Requirement for understanding technical drawings

· Experience working with CNC

· Merit if you have worked with Cad

· Merit if you have a forklift license

· Requirement for a B driver's license

We are looking for someone with experience in the carpentry industry who has worked on project basis. To succeed in the role, you also have a working method characterized by good structure and foresight, and you are used to handling many different tasks simultaneously.
